Need something to do

I've been getting a lot of reading done. My wife bought me "The Year of Living Biblically" by A.J. Jacobs for Valentines day and I'm already 275 pages in to it.
I'm working with a disabled client and, as long as I do all the required work, I am able to read while he watches movies. Last week I picked up some extra hours working with him, so between that and another job, I have full time work now.

The problem is that I feel like I need to make better use of this free time that I have. I want to learn something.

Can anyone recommend any distance education courses, certifications, or absolutely life changing books that I can occupy myself with?
The things that I have looked at or thought about:
- Mdiv at McMaster (problem being I wouldn't be able to start something like this immediately)
- Addiction Counselor program at McMaster (Same problem)
- Starting to work on a B.A. from a real university (Same problem)
- Working on a B.A. from one of those distance education universities. (I understand that it's difficult to transfer these type of credits and they seem to cost a lot of money for what you get)
- Reading text books (maybe)
- Trying to learn a language on my own...
- looking in to getting a motor boat licence
- Reading some computer books to try to learn the material for one of those microsoft certifications (the problem being I'm not sure that I would make any more use of this than when I studied computers before.
- Just reading some really great books (any suggestions?)

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
